Bar Meduza – a new flavor in Ustka
Bar Meduza is a unique place on the culinary map of Ustka – an atmospheric venue located in a charming brick house, just a few minutes’ walk from the sea. Since its opening on February 10, 2024, it has been attracting both locals and tourists looking for unusual flavors and a relaxed atmosphere.
Our menu features Georgian and Polish specialties, classic appetizers, seasonal tapas, fish dishes, and a wide selection of vegan options. Each dish is prepared with heart and respect for the ingredients – local, fresh, and sourced from trusted suppliers.
Behind the bar, you will find 12 taps serving craft beers from local breweries and refreshing ciders – perfect for summer, evening conversations, and informal meetings.
Meduza is not just about food and drinks. It is primarily a space where you want to be – whether on a first date or meeting friends after work.
Our interior is conducive to conversation – warm candlelight, raw brick, and golden accents create a cozy, slightly industrial atmosphere that is easy to linger in. We can easily accommodate larger groups, but there is also room for an intimate table for two.
Whatever the occasion – a birthday, a bachelorette party, or just Friday night – every moment tastes a little better here.
Do you have furry friends? You don’t have to leave them at home! Dogs are always welcome here. If you’re walking around town together and feel like something good to eat, feel free to drop in – we’ll prepare a bowl of water, and your furry friend can relax at the table with you.
We know that dogs are part of the family, which is why we have made sure that our restaurant is also pet-friendly. It often happens that one of our waiters stops for a moment to pet a four-legged guest 😊

Our chef is truly passionate about flavor and has gained 15 years of experience in renowned restaurants in Ireland. It was there that he mastered the art of preparing classic fish & chips, which is now one of our signature dishes and never fails to delight our guests.
Our bartenders have been trained at the European Bartender School in Milan, so you can be sure that your cocktail will be made by professionals.
The entire staff, both kitchen and service, took part in comprehensive training organized by the Academy of Restaurant Arts – all so that we can take even better care of your comfort and ensure you have a great experience when visiting us.
